The success of any construction project is directly related to the quality of the people involved, At Trigon, we do not have a 'B' team. Our Superintendent/project managers are experienced professionals with excellent track records of successful projects.
Owner/President Steven Ryan obtained a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering in 1995 from the University of Oklahoma State and has been employed at Trigon Since 2002 and took over ownership in January of 2016. Steven is one of only two individuals in the state of Oklahoma that are dually a Registered Professional Engineers (PE) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Steven’s engineering background brings expertise to Trigon that few construction firms have. It is beneficial to have professional understanding and engineering experience in house. Prior to joining Trigon in 2002, Steven worked in private consulting as a design engineer. During that time, he served as the lead on-site rep for OTA over a portion of the Broken Arrow South Loop. That experience reminded Steven that his passion was in construction and not behind a desk designing. Steven first served as General Superintendent for the Philbrook Museum of Art, 23 Acre Garden and Grounds Renovation Project. This project garnered Trigon their one and only National Award for Construction Excellence.
Away from the office, Steven is blessed to be married to his wife, Kelly, for the past 23 years. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter who are their world. Many hours over the years have been spent at practices, rehearsal, games, performances, and competitions and they wouldn’t have it any other way.
Johnnie McCaslin has been providing the greater Tulsa area in all aspects of construction management representing Trigon since 2005, prior to joining Trigon, Johnny’s construction experience ranged from all phases of civil and concrete work as well as serving as a construction superintendent on office buildings, churches, schools, banks and medical facilities.
Johnny has proven over his time here to be one of Trigon’s top superintendents. He has demonstrated an outstanding ability to coordinate and communicate the daily requirements of the project to our clients, the architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Johnny has a thorough understanding of the construction process and has continually achieved budget and schedule requirements on each and every project he has been awarded.
Chad Crawford has been conducting efficient construction management for Trigon Inc. since 2014, where before that he had over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. During that time, he has served as a superintendent for retail property development, roofing, and flooring.
He is very task oriented and is extremely effective is his communication skills. He delivers projects to our clients that reflect the pride he takes in his work. Architects, trade contractors, and suppliers have all provided unsolicited accolades about Chad’s abilities. Chad has always been eager to continue gaining knowledge and has grown into a very successful lead superintendent.
Trigons newest Superintendent, Tyler Story, has been with us since the start of 2024, before putting on the Trigon hat Tyler had worked 11 years in the industry, boasting 8 years as a Site Superintendent and 3 years as a Project Manager. As a Site Superintendent, Tyler consistently deliverses exceptional results on every project he oversees. His adeptness in managing teams, navigating challenges, and ensuring top-notch workmanship garnered him respect and admiration from both colleagues and clients.
What truly distinguishes Tyler is not just his technical prowess; it's also his innate ability to inspire and motivate those around him. Leading by example, he instills a culture of excellence and accountability wherever he goes. Tyler's unwavering dedication to continuous improvement and his proactive approach to problem-solving make him an indispensable asset to our construction team.
Office Manager Macee Bell has been with Trigon Inc. since 2018 where she came into the construction world as a eager young adult ready to learn the most efficient way to provide our customers. In her short time at Trigon, Macee caught on fast and expanded her responsibilities at a steady pace. She manages the receipt and posting of all invoices. The end of each month requires her to generate monthly payment applications for each project with complete backup data. This task is complex due to the integration of our accounting software and the AIA payment application document. She never shies away from the challenge of learning something new. Macee also creates all the AIA licensed contractual documents between the contractors, Trigon, and the Owner on each project. Maintenance of our insurance database has been some of her best work. Making sure every contractor has and maintains required levels of liability, auto, workers’ compensation, and umbrella coverages is a crucial task she performs with a smile.
Macee’s adept understanding of our accounting software proves vital to Trigon being able to provide accurate and timely information to our clients. Almost every client has someone on the building team with an accounting background. Our clients are always pleased with our procedures and should a question arise there is always someone to contact.
