Previously we have completed 2 renovation projects for St. Simeons Healthcare Center. We are experienced working in occupied facilities and around the special needs of the residents. Trigon has completed 3 minor emergency clinics and a new Utica Park Clinic in Broken Arrow, OK.
Utica Park Clinic
Trigon was the General Contractor for the Utica Park Clinic in north Broken Arrow, OK. The 10,000 sq. ft. facility consisted of a large waiting room, 2, nurses stations, 14 exam rooms, a procedure room, an x-ray room, medical lab, doctor's offices, employee kitchen and dining area. The exterior and interior of the building featured barrel vaults, a signature architectural feature of Utica Park Clinics.
University Village
The University Village Dining Room Expansion and Remodel project consisted of a new 4,200 square foot dining room and café area, including areas for walker and scooter parking. A new cooler and freezer were added to replace the existing 40 year old equipment. The remodel portion consisted of adding restroom facilities for residents and visitors, an I.T. office and a beauty shop. This project was unique due to the health care and nursing home regulations. Working times were scheduled between the resident’s daily routines.. Safety was the number one priority. There were no accidents to the workers or residents. With the help and cooperation with the owner’s staff, all four phases of the construction were completed on time and budget.
St. Simeon's Episcopal Home
Trigon was Construction Manager for 2 major renovations at St. Simeon's Episcopal Home in North Tulsa. Trigon completed all the work within a fully functioning and busy Nursing Home. Both projects were completed on time and under budget.
